Great to meet you!

Like many of my clients, I’m human first. I’ve had my share of joys and challenges, including growing up as a child of divorce—experiences that deeply shaped who I am and how I show up as a therapist. During my senior year as a Ronald E. McNair scholar, finishing my BFA in Theater, I realized my calling was to help others heal. That moment led me to pursue a Master’s in Social Work, with the dream of one day opening a private practice. Sixteen years later, I’m grateful to do work that feels meaningful, grounded in compassion, and led by lived experience.

I am a dedicated mental health professional with 16 years of experience in working with individuals, couples, & families to ensure they have the treatment and intervention needed to navigate everyday challenges of life & aid them in overcoming emotional obstacles and social hurdles that they face daily. My approach to therapy

You’re a strong and successful individual who puts in hard work into getting to or maintain your successful endeavors! Everyone looks up to you- you are resilient, go getter and just bad ass at absolutely everything you do! This makes you feel amazing! However, at times you feel overwhelmed with pressured expectations of society or your immediate circle, feel deeply saddened behind closed doors and sometimes super anxious and need someone outside of your circle to share these hindering feelings.

What you can expect from me

I offer various forms of clinical interventions. I focus on the client’s needs and prefer to individualize his/her/their treatment plan. Once the person seeking support from me discusses their presenting concerns, we can talk about different effective interventions that would match their presenting concern.
