Great to meet you!
Like many of my clients, I’m human first. I’ve had my share of joys and challenges, including growing up as a child of divorce—experiences that deeply shaped who I am and how I show up as a therapist. During my senior year as a Ronald E. McNair scholar, finishing my BFA in Theater, I realized my calling was to help others heal. That moment led me to pursue a Master’s in Social Work, with the dream of one day opening a private practice. Sixteen years later, I’m grateful to do work that feels meaningful, grounded in compassion, and led by lived experience.
I am a dedicated mental health professional with 16 years of experience in working with individuals, couples, & families to ensure they have the treatment and intervention needed to navigate everyday challenges of life & aid them in overcoming emotional obstacles and social hurdles that they face daily.
