Great to meet you!

Before becoming a therapist, I trained as a screenwriter at one of the world’s top film schools; storytelling continues to deeply inform my work. It gives me a unique understanding of character and our competing impulses and drives.

My approach to therapy

I use Motivational Interviewing to help you navigate tough emotions and conflict, psychodynamic therapy to connect the past with what’s happening now, and Internal Family Systems to understand the different parts of you and help them work together instead of against each other.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for me to really understand your story — what’s been weighing on you, what you’ve already tried, and what you want to feel different. I’ll offer supportive reflections and help you notice patterns you might not see on your own. By the end, we’ll chart a clear, realistic path forward so you leave with both insight and a sense of next steps.
