Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I received an M.A. in Social Work from the University of Chicago. I am a member of the National Association of Social Workers. For the past several years, my practice has focused at the intersection of trauma, addiction, and mental health.

In my free time, I can often be found reading, cooking, and spending time with my partner and our two cats.

My approach to therapy is rooted in a deep commitment to your well-being. I believe that each individual's journey is unique, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet your specific needs, using a blend of evidence-based techniques and a person-centered focus.
