Great to meet you!

My approach to therapy is warm, real, and structured, while giving people space to be honest without judgment. I help clients connect the dots between their thoughts, feelings, and actions. I believe people can acknowledge what happened to them without allowing it to define what happens next. Most importantly, I want clients to leave feeling heard, equipped, and empowered, to make healthier choices

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and client-centered, with an emphasis on creating a supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their concerns. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients understand the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My areas of focus include emotional regulation, anxiety, self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, communication, boundaries, and developing effective coping skills. I work with clients to build insight, strengthen practical skills, and develop sustainable strategies that support meaningful personal growth and improved functioning.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming and structured first session focused on understanding what brought them to therapy and what they hope to accomplish. I will ask questions about their current concerns, experiences, strengths, and areas they want to improve. We will begin identifying patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that may be affecting their well-being. Most importantly, clients can expect to be heard, respected, and supported as we begin developing a treatment approach that fits their individual needs and goals.
