Great to meet you!

My name is Jaskirn Johal-Dhillon, and I am a bilingual mental health therapist who speaks both English and Punjabi. I received my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fresno. I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, attachment challenges in adulthood, and those seeking inner child healing. My work is grounded in the belief that early childhood experiences shape our internal blueprint, yet with increased self-awareness and compassionate therapeutic support, those patterns can be understood, healed, and transformed. I am passionate about working with people from diverse backgrounds and helping them reconnect with their authentic selves so they can lead the life they choose to live.

My approach to therapy

I believe everyone carries a story worthy of being heard, and that in a trusting, safe space, individuals can give themselves permission to share their unique experiences. In our work together, I view therapy as a collaborative process—one that values honesty, respect, transparency, and the willingness to be challenged for the sake of growth. I am honored to walk alongside you, to witness your story unfold, and to support you throughout your healing journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions together, you can expect a warm, supportive environment where you are encouraged to share your story at your own pace and in the most authentic way possible. My priority is to meet you exactly where you are, offering compassion, respect, and a space free of judgment. As we build rapport and develop trust, we will begin to explore what you hope to gain from therapy and collaboratively create meaningful goals for your therapeutic journey. Over time, we will revisit these goals and continue shaping them together as you grow, heal, and move forward.
