Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is one of the best, life-altering, and transformational things you can do for yourself. It's a joy to see clients gain increased awareness, internal growth, and more confidence in dealing with life's roadblocks and barriers. I help people work through life's challenges and support self-development and self-actualization. Whether you're changing negative thoughts or behaviors, creating healthier habits, setting new goals, managing stress, building coping skills, improving relationships, or creating balance, I'm here to help with your growth and change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is humanistic, client-centered, strength-based, and aimed at moving you forward. I incorporate an integrated, eclectic, and holistic approach with various modalities, addressing the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual aspects of your well-being. I support you in getting those 'A-ha' moments and moving forward. We work together on problem-solving, building coping skills, and creating the changes you want to see, recognizing that happiness and peace come from within.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I try to learn as much as I can about you, and we both determine if we're a good fit for each other. I strive to provide a safe, caring, non-judgmental, and therapeutic space. I believe in creating a collaborative relationship and respect your background, culture, values, and beliefs. I grow and learn from you, also.
