Great to meet you!

The decision to seek mental health services is a deeply personal, emotional, and challenging choice to make. Congratulations on taking the first step in seeking services as you journey to a higher version of your present self! My sincere urge to give back to my community eventually led me to achieve my Master’s Degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in a dual degree in Art Therapy and Counseling program, with a specialization in Advanced Trauma-Informed Art Therapy and Cultural Sensitivity.

My approach to therapy

I aim to help individuals from all walks of life, through a personalized and collaborative method of therapy, that highlights a strengths-based approach and incorporates an eclectic use of person-centered, cognitive-behavioral, and narrative care.
