My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
I have experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), trauma, and bipolar disorder. I have worked with clients across the lifespan, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). By integrating these modalities, I tailor treatment to each client's individual strengths and circumstances, helping them build resilience, develop effective coping skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting change.
