Great to meet you!

Welcome! Thank you for being here.

My top priority is ensuring my clients feel safe during our sessions. I'm straightforward and incorporate humor when its fitting to build connections with my clients. I find joy in helping clients uncover their hidden strengths, empowering them to live a better, more fulfilling life.

I believe that therapy is a great way to explore yourself more deeply and build stronger, more meaningful connections with both yourself and others.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an evidence-based, culturally informed approach to help clients which various issues: depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and cultural differences.

As a Middle Eastern therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate identity issues, family-of-origin dynamics, and the impacts of generational trauma. I understand the unique cultural complexities that may arise, and I work to provide a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and heal from these challenges.

What you can expect from me

I’m committed to getting to know you in our first session and throughout our work together. I believe that a strong, genuine connection between therapist and client is essential for building a successful therapeutic relationship.

I understand that opening up to someone new can be challenging. As your therapist, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, supported, and truly heard.

My clients leave with a deeper understanding of themselves, living a more authentic life and embracing who they truly are. I guide my clients toward creating a lifestyle that aligns with their values and enhances their well-being.
