Great to meet you!

I'm a collaborative, solution-focused, trauma-informed clinical supervisor and therapist specializing in relationship, family, and individual therapy. I have worked within nonprofit community health organizations, inpatient and outpatient mental health settings, group practice, and with the adult and juvenile criminal justice systems.

I completed my undergraduate studies at Sam Houston State University and my graduate studies at Our Lady of the Lake University.

My approach to therapy

I work from a Post-Modern lens and can provide mental health services in both English and Spanish. I have specialized training in the following: Polysubstance Addiction, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT).

What you can expect from me

I create a supportive space for my client to explore and process daily life stressors as well as more intimate and/or heavy topics. Therapy goals are created together and my hope is that they are met and exceeded.
