Our first session is all about connection. As a person-centered therapist, I believe that healing begins with a genuine relationship built on trust, empathy, and understanding. During this session, we’ll take time to get to know one another and explore what brings you to therapy at this point in your life.
Together, we’ll discuss your goals, your challenges, and what you hope to gain from our work together. This conversation helps us create a personalized framework for your treatment plan—one that truly reflects your voice, needs, and pace.
Before you leave, I’ll provide a small reflection or “homework” activity to help you continue growing between sessions. I believe that the most powerful healing often happens outside of the therapy room—when you begin to strengthen the relationship you have with yourself.
My goal is for you to leave our first meeting feeling seen, supported, and encouraged about the path ahead.
