Great to meet you!

I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals as they navigate life’s challenges for the past 15 years. It’s truly an honor to support people through difficult times and be part of their journey toward healing and growth. I’ve supported individuals working through trauma, anxiety, grief, addiction, and major life transitions. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain—often carrying pain they’ve held for a long time. Together, we begin a journey of healing and change, uncovering what’s been holding them back and building a path forward that feels meaningful, empowering, and aligned with who they truly are.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, compassion, and connection. My approach is warm, supportive, trauma-informed, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I work to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being yourself. Because each person’s experiences and needs are unique, therapy is tailored to you, with a focus on what feels most meaningful, helpful, and supportive of your goals.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be a opportunity for you to share what’s been weighing on you, what you’re struggling with, and what you hope to gain from therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. My focus will be to listen with care, understand your unique story, and begin building a trusting connection. This time is for you, and we’ll move at your pace as we begin your journey toward healing and growth.
