Great to meet you!

You’ve been holding everything together for everyone else — but who is supporting you? Hi, I’m Jasmine, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I specialize in working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, family challenges, and life stressors.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and strengths-based, meaning we focus not only on healing past wounds but also on building the skills and confidence needed to move forward. I meet you where you are while gently encouraging growth at a manageable pace, centering our work on you as a whole person not just your challenges.

What you can expect from me

As a trauma-informed therapist, I create a safe space where you can process difficult experiences, rebuild trust in yourself, and move toward healing and growth. You don’t have to navigate life’s challenges alone. With the right support, meaningful change is possible, and I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
