Great to meet you!

I may be a counselor but I'm always Jasmine. I strive to meet my clients where they are and assist them in gaining the tools they need to accomplish whatever goals they have set for themselves. I don't believe in the "one size fits all" method and truly tailor not only my approach for that client based on their needs but also each session. I'd be honored to assist anyone in the journey with mental health wellness. Who said games are for kids? Therapy Uno anyone?

My approach to therapy

The licenses are great, but a better way to know if I'm the right therapist for you is to schedule a free consultation.
