Great to meet you!

I believe therapy is a journey, one in which the client is the navigating driver. As a Licensed marriage and family therapist, I take the passenger seat and support my clients in the direction they chose to go with in their therapeutic journey. I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients, drawing on empathy, respect, and transparency to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and have worked with clients navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions for the last 4 years.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, incorporating evidence-based and trauma-informed practices, including EMDR, Attachment theory, SFT, CBT, Gestalt, and Person-Centered therapy.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, where you’ll have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Together, we will figure out which modalities best support your goals in therapy and best steps to move forward. My goal is to create a welcoming space where you can build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth and healing in order to best achieve your goals.
