Great to meet you!
Something brought you here — maybe something you've been sitting with for a while. A pattern you keep circling back to. A relationship that doesn't feel right. A version of yourself you've lost touch with. Or simply the sense that you deserve something more than the way things have been.
I'm Jasmine, an LMFT specializing in trauma, women's issues, relationships, racial and cultural identity, codependency, and life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families — adolescents through adults — who are ready to get curious about what's underneath. I bring a trauma-informed, multicultural, and decolonizing lens to this work because I believe your culture, identity, and lived experience are not just context — they are central to understanding who you are.
I'm Native American and Latinx. That informs how I see the world and how I show up as a therapist. If you've ever walked into a mental health space and felt like your identity wasn't fully welcomed, or like the framework being used to understand you didn't quite fit — I get it. And I've built my practice around doing it differently.
I see clients virtually across California with sliding scale availability for those who need it. Couples therapy is available for those navigating relational patterns, communication breakdowns, or wanting to understand each other more deeply.
