Great to meet you!

I believe that every person deserves a space where they can feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I strive to create an environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while also gaining the tools and insight needed to navigate life's challenges.

My professional experience includes working with children, adolescents, families, and adults in both clinical and educational settings. I have extensive experience supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, emotional regulation challenges, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and school-related difficulties. I am particularly passionate about helping clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and develop healthy coping skills.

Clients often describe me as approachable, compassionate, genuine, and easy to talk to. While therapy can involve processing difficult emotions, I also believe it should be a place where hope is cultivated and progress is celebrated. My goal is to help clients not only overcome challenges but also recognize their strengths and create the life they want to live.

Seeking support takes courage, and I am honored to walk alongside my clients throughout their journey toward healing, growth, and wellness.

My approach to therapy

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I view individuals within the context of their relationships, environments, and lived experiences. Together, we will explore patterns, identify strengths, and develop strategies that support meaningful and lasting change. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and strengths-based interventions, tailoring treatment to meet each client's unique needs and goals.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free conversation focused on getting to know you and understanding what brings you to therapy. We will discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, support systems, and the goals you hope to achieve through counseling.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I am a good fit for your needs. Together, we will begin identifying patterns, challenges, and areas for growth while developing a plan that aligns with your goals.

You do not need to have everything figured out before our first meeting. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, emotional overwhelm, or simply feel stuck, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful, with a clearer understanding of how therapy can support your journey moving forward.
