Great to meet you!

I am Jasmine Good, a Licensed Professional Therapist. My goal as your therapist is to offer a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself without judgment. I’m here to listen, understand, and help you work through life’s challenges at your own pace. I believe you are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to walk beside you, offering tools, perspective, and encouragement along the way. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or just feeling stuck, we’ll work together to help you feel more grounded and empowered. Therapy is a space for healing, growth, and real change. I am honored to be part of that journey with you.

My educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from Mississippi Valley State University and a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Alcorn State University. I have two years of experience providing therapy professionally. I am an advocate of healthy mental health and strive to help many achieve such.

My approach to therapy

I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Person-Centered Therapy to support your unique needs. With CBT, we'll work on identifying and shifting unhelpful thoughts and behaviors. Person-Centered Therapy means I'll always meet you with empathy, respect, and without judgment, creating a space where you can feel safe to be yourself.

What you can expect from me

I can help you manage and overcome a variety of issues, including anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and self-esteem struggles. Whether you're feeling stuck or going through a tough time, I'm here to support you. We'll work together to understand your challenges and set clear goals. You can expect to gain practical tools for real-life changes.
