Great to meet you!

Hi,

I’m Jasmine, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Florida.

I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management when appropriate, and brief supportive psychotherapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, career and life transitions.

With over a decade of experience in psychiatric nursing across inpatient, community mental health, telehealth, and post-acute care settings, I bring a comprehensive perspective to mental health treatment. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools to improve your mental well-being.

If you are considering psychiatric support or exploring whether medication management may be helpful for your situation, I welcome the opportunity to work together toward improved mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, thoughtful, and individualized. Mental health is influenced by many factors including stress, lifestyle, relationships, and medical conditions. I take time to understand the full picture of your experiences so that treatment plans support long-term emotional stability and overall well-being.

Medication management is offered when clinically appropriate, and decisions about treatment are made collaboratively so you feel informed and comfortable with your care plan.

Appointments are available via secure telehealth throughout Florida.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a supportive and respectful environment where your concerns are taken seriously. During our visits, we will explore your symptoms, life stressors, and treatment goals to develop a plan that supports your mental health and daily functioning.

In addition to medication management when appropriate, I incorporate brief supportive psychotherapy and practical strategies during visits to help you process challenges, strengthen coping skills, and gain greater clarity in navigating life stressors.

My goal is for you to leave appointments feeling supported, informed, and confident in the next steps toward improved emotional wellness.

I understand that reaching out for mental health support can feel like a big step, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable discussing your concerns openly and working toward meaningful progress.
