Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Jasmine Greenhouse and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas. I work with children, adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions.

With 7 years of experience in education, I bring a strong understanding of child development, emotional wellness, and family support into my work. I also have experience working in mental health settings, including psychiatric hospitals and the psychiatric floor within the local county jail system.

My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to each client’s unique needs to help them build coping skills, resilience, and emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward healing and growth.

I use a holistic, mindfulness-based approach that incorporates CBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, mindfulness, and play therapy techniques to help clients build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and navigate anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, and life transitions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a space for us to get to know each other in a supportive, judgment-free environment. You don’t need to have everything figured out or know exactly what to say, we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

Many clients leave the first session feeling relieved to finally have a space where they can feel heard, supported, and no longer carry everything alone. My goal is for you to leave feeling more grounded, hopeful, and encouraged about the healing and growth ahead.
