Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jasmine, and I’m grateful to be considered a partner in your journey toward better mental and emotional health. If you’re feeling overwhelmed by addiction, negative thoughts, depression, anxiety, or life’s challenges, know that it is okay to ask for help, and you do not have to navigate it alone. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, explore your concerns, and develop practical tools to support meaningful change. Using evidence-based approaches personalized to your unique needs, I enjoy helping clients gain insight, build confidence, discover their strengths, and find the courage to move forward. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I’m ready to walk alongside you—let’s do this together!

My approach to therapy

Therapy should be a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative, using cognitive behavioral and person-centered therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, boundaries, emotional wellness, and personal growth. My goal is to help you develop greater self-awareness, strengthen self-trust, recognize your strengths, and gain practical tools to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

As a therapist, my strength lies in my ability to connect with my clients and inspire them to take action in their lives. I work hard to build strong, personalized relationships with my clients, and I'm not afraid to push them to confront difficult issues. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their feelings and work toward personal growth and development. With me as your therapist, you will feel empowered, heard, and supported on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
