Great to meet you!

~Mental Overwhelm ~Life Transitions ~Emotional Mask ~Work/Life Imbalance~ Relationships. I specialize in working with high-achieving men and women who appear to have it all together on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside. My clients are typically driven professionals, perfectionists, and overachievers who struggle with maintaining a healthy work-life balance, navigating complicated relationships, or managing major life transitions.

If you’re used to masking your true emotions to keep the peace, meet expectations, or stay on top of your responsibilities, you’re in the right place. My work creates space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, relatable, and focused on empowering you. I understand the unique pressures that come with balancing high expectations while trying to maintain a fulfilling personal life. Because of that, I create a space that is both deeply empathetic and practical.

In our work together, we won’t just talk about challenges—we’ll actively build tools to help you set boundaries, reconnect with your authentic self, and experience real relief. I believe in providing efficient, real-world strategies and resources you can practice between sessions so you can begin feeling better sooner.

My goal is for you to leave each conversation feeling truly seen, deeply heard, and equipped with the clarity and tools needed to reclaim your energy and move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

I understand that reaching out and starting therapy can feel vulnerable—especially when you’re used to being the strong one for everyone else. In our first session, there is no pressure to have everything figured out or to show up a certain way.

We’ll simply take time to get to know each other, explore the challenges you’re currently facing, and begin outlining a clear, supportive path forward at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
