I believe therapy should be a safe, non-bias, judge free space where you can be seen & heard regardless of what you are going through. In our sessions together, we can challenge & explore where we currently are in life, how to manage, cope & overcome obstacles with full transparency. With experience working with LGBTQ+, BIPOC, poly, community dealing with various mental health issues & life stressors, together we can set goals & build our toolbox to get to our higher, authentic self.

By getting to know one another in a warm welcoming environment, we together, can construct a plan and direction utilizing mindfulness and/or CBT.

At your own pace, we will process challenges and overcome obstacles in your life together. My goal is for you to have the tools to get you through your day to day and well after therapy!
