Great to meet you!

I’ve always believed that no matter where we are in life, finding someone that genuinely cares and wants to walk the journey with us can be life changing.

I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from The University of Texas in Arlington and am licensed in the State of Texas as a LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

I specialize in the treatment of adults struggling with, anxiety disorders, grief, depression, addiction, parental support, mom's mental health, relationship stressors and other stressful life events. I believe we all experience the events of life and I offer a helping hand through those events to help you reach your goals.

My approach to therapy

I have a holistic approach to counseling, I utilize various therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Client Centered Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

The therapeutic approach is determined by your individual needs, preferences and current situation. I believe the therapeutic relationship is an important part of the counseling process. I strive to gain insight into past experiences and current life strategies to assist you in addressing current life concerns, and/or strategize and gain skills for the future.

What you can expect from me

Clients can take away from my sessions a deeper understanding of how their thoughts affect their feelings and how their feelings affect their behaviors. They will also gain insight into how childhood experiences have shaped them, along with a sense of support, understanding, and hope—empowering them to navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence."
