Great to meet you!

I believe feelings aren't obstacles to manage they're signals worth understanding. For over five years, I've worked alongside people who are quietly exhausted: carrying anxiety, sitting with grief, untangling patterns in their relationships, or navigating a life that no longer fits who they're becoming. My clients often describe our sessions as the first place they've felt truly heard without needing to perform strength or explain away their emotions. I work with individuals and couples across New York via telehealth, with evening, morning, and weekend availability, so quality care doesn't have to be another thing to schedule around. I accept Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and other major plans. You don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out we can start exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are the

expert on your own experience. I'm here to help you access that expertise more fully. I work primarily from an attachment-based, emotionally focused, and psychodynamic foundation, which means we slow down, get curious about your emotions, and explore the patterns rooted in your history and relationships. I draw from CBT and ACT when practical skills are what the moment calls for, and I always work through a culturally responsive lens that honors your full identity and context. Sessions move at your pace. there's no agenda to rush through or box to check. I'll regularly check in to make sure our work actually fits your life, not just a clinical framework. What we're building together is insight you can use not just

inside our sessions, but in how you show up for yourself every day.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is low pressure and conversational. We'll talk about what's been

going on, what brought you to therapy right now, and what you're hoping will be

different on the other side of this work. I'll explain how I approach sessions, walk

you through what to expect, and answer any questions you have about confidentiality, goals, or the process. There's nothing you need to prepare. You don't have to have the right words or a clear diagnosis of what's wrong we can figure that out together. Most people

leave the first session feeling lighter, simply from having said things out loud in a space that held them without judgment. That's what I'm here for.
