Great to meet you!

Hello!

Dr. Jones graduated with her doctorate in clinical psychology in 2014 from the Adler School of Professional Psychology and she has over 15 years working in the mental health field.

She has significant experience aiding couples and families resolve relational issues and discover alignment. Dr. Jones values treating individuals with anxiety, depression, maladaptive personality traits, trauma, identity concerns, anger issues, and addictions.

My approach to therapy

Life can get pretty challenging at times. Depression and anxiety can feel unshakable. Purpose can feel unclear. Effective communication, trust and true support can feel unreachable. I can help clear the fog by teaching skills that help you reach your goals and improve your quality of life.

Couples? I can help you address the communication pitfalls and distrust in your marriage/relationship.

I utilize a variety of techniques and treatment modalities that are tailored to your individual needs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will review "house keeping" information and get to know each other better. This is your opportunity to ask questions, tell me what is most important for you to address in treatment and let me know any concerns you may have. At the end of the session, we will design a path forward together that is aligned with your goal to live a live you deem is worth living.

My office is a safe space to solve problems and to be open to trying without fear of judgment.
