Great to meet you!

Something shifted, and you feel it: in how you sleep, how you argue, or the low hum of worry that won't quiet down. I'm Jasmine Leigh, a licensed marriage and family therapist who helps adults navigate anxiety, depression, relationship strain, and the life transitions that quietly rearrange everything. My practice is warm, collaborative, and genuinely nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should feel like a safe space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and personal goals. I'd love to meet you where you are.

My approach to therapy

When you come to a session, we start from where you are, not from a script. We might notice the thoughts that make anxiety or panic feel endless and work on loosening their grip. We might trace what's underneath depression, trauma, or relationship tension, and build a path toward something that actually works. For couples and families, I draw on approaches that move past surface arguments

into what each person truly needs. I adapt to you: sometimes building concrete skills for stress or mood difficulties, sometimes sitting with something difficult long

enough to see it clearly. You lead. I follow your pace.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a conversation, not a checklist. I'll ask about what brought you in and what you're hoping for, and you'll get a feel for how we work together. There's no pressure to have everything figured out before you arrive. By the end, most people leave with a sense of relief: someone heard them, has a plan, and is

genuinely in their corner.
