My experience has provided me the opportunity to gain knowledge in the areas of anxiety, depression, self-esteem, PTSD, trauma, grief/loss, and OCD. Other areas of interests I have gained experience in include life transitions and relationships.

My approach to therapy

I believe it is important to approach each client on an individual basis in order to meet the client where they are. I enjoy using a client-centered approach in my work as this approach allows the client to have a sense of autonomy in their treatment and it allows the client and the therapist to work together to accomplish desired goals. I use evidence-based techniques in my work which include a variety of modalities including CBT, mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy.
