Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting individuals impacted by trauma-related distress, complex life experiences, and co-occurring concerns. Over the past several years, I have worked with survivors of sexual trauma, helping clients process difficult experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths.

I work with adults and motivated teens who are ready for a collaborative, grounded, and practical approach to therapy. My style is direct, compassionate, and sometimes humorous, while creating space for the difficult conversations that lead to meaningful change.

I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who have experienced high levels of stress, trauma exposure, and life transitions, including first responders, military personnel, and those navigating challenges related to substance use and recovery. I continue to expand my training and experience in these areas while bringing a trauma-informed perspective to the work.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be a place where you feel understood while also gaining the tools and insight needed to create meaningful change. Together, we will explore your experiences, identify patterns, build on your strengths, and develop strategies to help you move forward.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a supportive, conversational space where we begin to understand what brought you to therapy, what has been challenging, and what you hope to change.
