Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Jasmine, a therapist and advocate with a background in trauma-informed care, mental health support, and survivor empowerment. My work has focused on supporting individuals from diverse walks of life, with specialized experience working alongside survivors of human trafficking, adolescents, transition-age youth, and underserved communities.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I work alongside clients to help them build self-awareness, process difficult experiences, and develop healthy coping and emotional regulation skills. I value cultural responsiveness and understanding, recognizing that every person’s background, identity, and life experiences shape their healing journey. My work often focuses on trauma, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, life transitions, and personal growth while supporting clients in creating meaningful and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where they can feel comfortable sharing at their own pace. During the first session, I focus on getting to know the client, understanding their concerns, and learning more about their goals for therapy. Together, we begin identifying areas of growth, strengths, and any immediate support or coping skills that may be helpful. My goal is for clients to leave the session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the therapeutic process.
