Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing mental health services to adolescents and adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I work with individuals facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety and OCD-spectrum disorders, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, trauma and PTSD, substance use disorders, and psychotic disorders. While I enjoy working with many different challenges, I have a particular passion for helping those struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and substance use.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is person-centered, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I utilize evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and other exposure-based therapies, Habit Reversal Training (HRT) for body-focused repetitive behaviors, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing, while also incorporating skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness-based interventions.

What you can expect from me

I believe meaningful change begins with feeling heard, supported, and safe in exploring the concerns that have been limiting your life. My goal is to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself, build on your strengths, and cultivate the resilience to live a fulfilling life aligned with what matters most to you.
