As a psychiatric provider, I use medication when it makes sense, but it’s just one piece of the puzzle. I also focus on education, lifestyle habits, coping tools, and building skills that support long-term well-being.
I work with adults dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, and mood-related concerns. Many of my patients come to me feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply worn out from trying to keep everything together.
My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and straightforward. We’ll work together to figure out what’s getting in the way of your goals and create a treatment plan that helps you move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself. I use evidence-based treatment to help you make meaningful improvements in your mental health and daily life.
