Great to meet you!

Howdy! My name is Jasmine, but you're welcome to call me Jazzy or Jazz. While I've had the privilege of supporting a wide range of individuals, I typically work with young and middle-aged adults navigating concerns related to complex trauma, dysfunctional family dynamics, and life transitions. I've also developed expertise in supporting individuals navigating stressors related to parenting, behavioral challenges, grief, neurodivergence (ADHD and autism), gender, and sexuality. With a balance of humor, creativity, and your own unique values and preferences, I hope to support you in fostering the meaningful changes you desire in your life.

My approach to therapy

I believe growth and healing are possible if we maintain a compassionate curiosity about ourselves, our experiences, and the patterns that shape our lives. My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and trauma-informed, allowing you to guide the process while I provide support, insight, and a little humor along the way.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, appropriately challenged, and, most importantly, free to show up as they are. Whether you're hoping to process past trauma, unravel ongoing frustrations, or explore new avenues for coping and moving forward, I'm thrilled to support you.
