A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a collaborative approach. You are the expert on your own experiences, my job is to work as a team with you to assist you with reaching your goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I have provided a number of speciality therapeutic services including working with POC, Women, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. My approach to therapy is relaxed, I am patient and prefer to consider my client's comfort level when tailoring my approach. I am also flexible in my approach depending on the client's needs. As a LMFT and LPC, I implement a range of practical and evidenced based methods such as CBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Narrative therapy to name a few.
