My work lives at the intersection of people, leadership, and systems. I create space for individuals and organizations to reflect, grow, and connect, without rushing or performing it. Whether you're navigating a personal transition, stepping into leadership, or carrying the weight of patterns that started long before you, you don't have to perform, minimize, or explain yourself here.
I work with individuals navigating growth, identity, leadership, and life transitions, with particular focus on Black women. My areas of focus include burnout and nervous system regulation, attachment and relationship patterns, generational and cultural trauma, people-pleasing and boundaries, and support for those affected by domestic violence. I also offer couples, family, and group therapy, along with clinical supervision for associate clinicians.
Reclaiming your power starts during our first interaction as I encourage and guide you to own the therapeutic space, bringing and honoring all of you. While we might not be able to change the stressors that may activate trauma, anxiety, depression, and undesirable behaviors, we can change how you respond to them.
