Great to meet you!

Hello! Happy you're here! Choosing a person to share some of your hardest moments with is no easy task, especially when all you have to go off is a short bio. Here is a snapshot of what therapy with me is like. My approach to therapy is all about having an authentic judgement free relationship with my clients. I help my clients find safety in their body, return to trusting themselves again (or maybe trusting themselves for the first time), and learn how to hold even their messiest moments with compassion. We celebrate wins and give space for heaviness... often with a sense of humor. Eventually finding daily joy more than before

My approach to therapy

I do my best work helping folks navigating trauma, anxiety, relationships, life transitions, suicidal thoughts, body-image, challenges with food, grief (including pet grief), and burnout. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I offer a nervous system focused approach to therapy that is collaborative and centers the person and what they are navigating before pathologizing.
