Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed counselor of 25 years and the founder of Aspire CCC, providing therapy for adults navigating stress, relationship challenges, and the emotional weight of caregiving and high-responsibility roles.

I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck in patterns, or stretched thin by the demands of their lives. This includes anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and complex relationship dynamics—including strained family relationships, mental health care giving and ethical non-monogamy. Many of my clients are used to holding it all together for others, and come to therapy looking for a space where they can finally focus on themselves. The goal is to see therapy as self care beyond crisis management.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being honest, while also helping you gently challenge the patterns that are keeping you stuck. I draw from evidence-based approaches and tailor therapy to fit your specific needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all model. I seek to incorporate any area of support and connection that my clients identify such as: Spirituality/Religion, pets as support partners, music and literature, use of plant medicines, fitness and holistic approaches and astrological influences.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and our first session will feel like more of a "getting to know you" meeting. You have to feel safe and connected for this to work. I can be the smartest therapist in the world but if you cannot relate to me on a comfortable everyday level, it will be harder to explore and implement changes.
