Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed mental health clinician with a deep commitment to creating safe, culturally-affirming spaces for healing and self-discovery. I specialize in working with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, addiction, identity-related stress, and life transitions—particularly those from Black and BIPOC communities. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and grounded in social justice, drawing from modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and harm reduction.

I earned my graduate degree in counseling and have years of experience in community mental health, nonprofit settings, and private practice. I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and responsive to your unique story. Whether you're carrying generational trauma, seeking balance, or simply needing space to breathe, I’m here to support you with care, curiosity, and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and culturally responsive. I believe that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships where you can show up as your full self—without judgment. I tailor my work to each client’s needs, drawing from trauma-informed care, reality centered, mindfulness, narrative therapy, and harm reduction practices. Whether we’re addressing anxiety, burnout, addiction, or identity-related challenges, I aim to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build coping tools, and create meaningful steps toward growth, balance, and lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a warm, affirming space where they feel safe to show up authentically and explore what’s weighing on them. Together, we’ll set meaningful goals based on your needs—whether that’s managing anxiety, setting boundaries, processing trauma, or navigating life transitions. You’ll leave sessions with practical tools, deeper self-awareness, and a stronger sense of emotional resilience. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and connected to your own healing journey.
