Great to meet you!

I get to know each client individually, so we can work collaboratively to come up with goals that we work toward at your pace, ebbing and flowing as your needs change. My clinical experience has included intensive in-home crisis stabilization therapy, complex trauma treatment, solution-focused brief therapy, and treatment of dual-diagnoses.

I moved to St. Louis, MO from Tampa, FL in 2019 to study Social Work at Washington University, and chose to make a home here with my husband, child, and pets. I spend most of my leisure time cooking, gardening, reading, hiking, and going on crafting sprees. I also love to travel away from home, in search of grand museums and new foods.

My approach to therapy

My approach is built on a foundation of authenticity, curiosity, empowerment, and humor. Together, we'll navigate toward healthier relationships, self-love, community building, personal fulfillment, and emotional stability. I most enjoy working with clients as they navigate major life transitions, such as pregnancy, birth, postpartum healing, parenting milestones, graduations, a big move, career pivots, relationship changes, grief, health crises, and personal crossroads.

What you can expect from me

Therapy with me will move at your pace, so we can ebb and flow as your needs change. We may be a good fit if you're looking to learn new ways to strike balance: giving and receiving, being productive and getting rest, finding inspiration and surviving monotony, moving forward and slowing down, taking charge and letting go. I look forward to meeting you where you are.
