Great to meet you!

I work with clients who struggle to make friends, who want to save a dying relationship, or who need to get their sex life off life support. I give you tools to create the relationships you crave.

I graduated from Spelman College. I received my M.A. from Northwestern University and my PsyD from the University of Denver. I've worked with a variety of clients since 2015. Along with my therapy practice, I run a wellness agency, Ignite Anew, that offers restorative workshops and retreats.

My approach to therapy

I use an embodied approach that blends aspects of yoga, interpersonal neurobiology, and behavioral techniques that help you reconnect to your whole self.

Therapy is meant to be dynamic, collaborative, and ever-evolving. We work together to build trust and identify the source of why you haven't found the relationships you want and need.

My goal is to provide clarity and tools to create lifelong friendships, bring your relationship back to life, and experience the sex life of your dreams!

What you can expect from me

You don't want to feel misunderstood and alone for a lifetime, AND I don't want that for you either. I actively engage and pull up my sleeves to work collaboratively toward relationships that align with your needs.

You'll learn to connect and realign with your nervous system and gain tools that can be used immediately in the important areas of your life. We will work together and adapt to your unique needs. The work is customized to you.
