I utilize attachment-based therapies and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), which increases connection and intimacy, leading to happier and healthier relationships.
We have all developed behaviors to help us survive but now it is time to find new ways to thrive. I believe my non-judgmental, caring, and informed approach to therapy creates an environment which provides the best setting for you to make significant change.
