Great to meet you!

With a background helping individuals, couples, and families move forward, I bring an authentic passion for human growth to my work as a therapist. I specialize in helping people move beyond surface-level coping and into meaningful, lasting change. My approach integrates insight, practical tools, and a focus on real connection—supporting clients in navigating complexity, strengthening relationships, and living with greater clarity and purpose. Whether facing crisis, transition, or a desire for deeper self-understanding, I enjoy creating a space that is both challenging and supportive, where meaningful transformation can take root.

My approach to therapy

My approach to treatment is both relational and results-oriented. I help clients move beyond insight alone by translating self-awareness into meaningful action and lasting change. Drawing from clinical expertise and leadership experience, I work to identify underlying patterns—often rooted in trauma, disconnection, or ineffective coping—and address them directly with honesty and precision.

I balance challenge with support, creating a space where clients feel seen while also being called forward. Therapy is collaborative and purposeful, focused on strengthening emotional resilience, deepening authentic connection, and equipping clients with practical tools they can apply in real life. The goal is not just symptom relief, but sustainable growth—helping clients build lives that are aligned, connected, and fully engaged.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out before you arrive. I’ll begin by outlining a few norms and expectations for our work together so you have a clear sense of how I approach therapy and what helps make it effective.

From there, my focus is on listening carefully—understanding your story, what’s bringing you in, and what you most want to change or improve. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get a deeper sense of patterns, challenges, and strengths, while also beginning to identify where I can be most helpful.

By the end of our session, we’ll work collaboratively to establish an initial plan for treatment—one that feels both realistic and meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave with a sense of clarity, direction, and confidence that our work together can lead to real progress.
