Great to meet you!

What do you want? What are you doing to get it? Is it working, and if not, what can you do differently? Your personal goals for therapy, once defined, will be at the heart of our work together. I'll support you in slowing down, deepening your sense of safety, so you can break old patterns, find new ways to communicate and welcome change and growth. Suffering is part of the human condition and unnecessary suffering is resisting what is and can be addressed with compassion and understanding and we can learn to respond to it skillfully. Slowing down, healing and integrating life experiences will be our focus!

My approach to therapy

Couples and families often get caught in patterns of negative interactions, fraught with misunderstandings and resentments, from missing information. I treat the family as a system in which each person is honored and respected. Together we'll determine the what each person needs, to help you see where each needs to grow and learn, to feel connected again.

What you can expect from me

It may not be easy to accept support with one's issues, especially when the wounds we have are about a lack of support. In our clinical relationship, our foci will be exploring new ways of relating, taking healthy risks, learning of each other, in compassion.
