Great to meet you!

As a Somatic Psychotherapist, I blend contemplative practices with body-centered approaches to support your healing journey. My own experience using mindfulness to navigate anxiety deeply informs my work. Over my five years of practice, I've developed expertise in trauma, anxiety, work-life balance, and life transitions. Working with adults and adolescents in a neurodiversity-affirming environment, I offer a holistic approach that addresses both current challenges and growth.

My approach to therapy

I integrate evidence-based cognitive approaches with body-based awareness and neuroscience insights to support your healing journey. In our warm, accepting space, we'll explore what matters most to you while combining traditional therapeutic techniques with somatic awareness, helping you connect with your body's wisdom and develop practical tools for lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Through our work together, you'll discover ways to regulate your nervous system, process difficult experiences, and move toward wholeness. Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, athletic performance, or aligning actions with values, our collaborative approach helps you reconnect with your wisdom and strength. By addressing both thought patterns and physical responses, you'll develop practical skills for creating positive change. I invite you to take the first step on your journey.
