Great to meet you!

Jason Carlettini has a holistic perspective on the therapeutic process and believes we are each an interwoven masterpiece of mind, body, and spirit with the goal of clients finding hope and healing.

My approach to therapy

I bring a flexible, client-centered approach to therapy, grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while incorporating a range of evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. My eclectic style allows me to draw from multiple therapeutic models—including Reality Therapy, Gestalt interventions, Personality Theory, REBT, and family systems approaches such as Bowen and Gottman methods—to offer the most effective support in each session.

In addition to talk-based therapies, I’m trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), two powerful tools that can significantly aid in trauma recovery. My goal is always to meet clients where they are and help them move forward with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

What you can expect from me

As a client, you can expect a welcoming and supportive space where you feel safe, truly heard, and understood. Each session is designed to equip you with practical tools, fresh perspectives, and meaningful encouragement—empowering you to make steady progress toward your goals for life, health, and healing.
