Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes that therapy is a place for honest reflection, growth, and connection. I specialized in LGBTQ+ clients, depression, and anxiety. I understand that starting therapy can feel vulnerable, so I work to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. My goal is to help you feel understood, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and build a stronger sense of self.

My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in psychodynamic and attachment-based therapy. This means we’ll look at how your early experiences and relationships have shaped the way you view yourself and others. Together, we’ll explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors with curiosity and compassion. I often integrate mindfulness and practical coping strategies when helpful, but I focus most on understanding the “why” behind your struggles so we can create lasting change — not just temporary relief.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. I’ll ask about what brought you to therapy, what’s been challenging, and what you hope to gain from our work together. You can expect a calm, open conversation — no pressure, no judgment. My priority is to help you feel comfortable and to begin identifying the patterns and themes that we’ll explore in future sessions.
