Great to meet you!

I understand the pressure many adults carry—stress, burnout, focus challenges, sleep issues, and anxiety can quickly impact work and life. I take a structured, evidence-based approach and partner with you to build a realistic plan tailored to your goals. Visits are collaborative, judgment-free, and rooted in empathy and compassion.

My approach to therapy

Specialties: ADHD/ADD, Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Sleep Concerns/Insomnia, and Medication Management.

With over 20 years of experience in behavioral healthcare, he is board-certified by the ANCC and provides evidence-based psychiatric care tailored to each patient’s needs.

At this time, he is not accepting patients seeking treatment primarily for Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia/psychotic disorders, Substance Use Disorders, or Addiction-related care. We anticipate expanding services in the future as capacity allows.

What you can expect from me

At JD Wellness, you’ll get more than a prescription—you’ll get a real partner in your progress. Think of us as your mental health “pit crew”: supportive, structured, and focused on helping you perform and feel your best. Your initial visit is a full 60 minutes, so we can take our time, get the full picture, and build a plan that fits your life (not the other way around). Follow-ups are 30 minutes to review what’s working, fine-tune what isn’t, and keep momentum moving forward. I explain treatment options clearly (no jargon overload), answer questions directly, and make sure you’re involved in every decision. Expect straightforward communication, thoughtful care, and a plan you can feel confident about after every visit.
