Great to meet you!

Many clients come to therapy seeking a space where they can feel truly heard and understood. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. Whether you're navigating depression, ADHD, anxiety, OCD, life transitions, grief, or trauma, I’m here to walk alongside you as we work through these challenges together

My approach to therapy

Therapy can be intimidating, especially if this is your first time. My number one priority is to provide proven therapeutic interventions that work with you at your pace. There is no time table in treatment, therefore a non-judgmental, inquisitive approach allows client issues to unfold in an organic manner.

What you can expect from me

I place immense value in the importance of meeting each client where they are at. By creating an open, inquisitive environment emphasizing patience, empathy and understanding we can work together to achieve your goals at your own pace.
