Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Jason Driscoll, DNP, PMHNP-BC, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides evidence-based care for adults. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, while also helping patients manage anxiety, depression, and related concerns that can affect daily functioning. My approach is collaborative, direct, and practical. Together, we'll develop a personalized treatment plan that may include medication management, education, and evidence-based strategies to help you improve focus, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. My goal is to help you better understand your symptoms, build on your strengths, and feel confident in your progress.

My approach to therapy

I believe the best psychiatric care starts with understanding the whole person—not just their symptoms. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and practical. I take time to complete a thorough evaluation, explain diagnoses in a way that makes sense, and develop personalized treatment plans based on your goals, lifestyle, and preferences.

When appropriate, treatment may include medication management, education, behavioral strategies, and lifestyle interventions. I specialize in adult ADHD and also treat anxiety and depression. My goal is to help you better understand how your brain works, reduce symptoms, and develop skills that improve your daily life and long-term well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a conversation—not an interrogation. We'll spend time getting to know you, discussing your concerns, reviewing your symptoms, medical and mental health history, and exploring how those symptoms affect your daily life. My goal is to develop a clear understanding of your unique situation and work with you to create a personalized treatment plan. If medication is appropriate, we'll discuss the risks, benefits, and alternatives so you can make an informed decision. You'll leave with a better understanding of your symptoms, a clear plan for next steps, and the opportunity to ask questions throughout the visit.
