Great to meet you!

I am so glad you took the step to find me here today. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor with over 36 years and 15,000 hours of experience in pastoral counseling and marriage and family therapy. I received my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Texas A&M University-Central Texas. I also hold a Doctor of Ministry Degree from Midwestern Seminary in Kansas City and a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas. I have served as an adjunct professor at Baylor University. Having completed a 34-year career in the US Army brings me a wealth of expertise in working with military families.

My approach to therapy

I operate from a strength-based, not a blame-based perspective. He helps client focus on progress, not perfection.

I am a Certified Trauma Therapist, and have received advanced training in Solution-Focused Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR Level 2), Gottman Certified Provider, and Advanced Trauma Professional Training.
